EPYSA RECREATIONAL SOCCER UPDATE (COVID-19)

13 Apr 2020 by Michael Resendes

Dear Parents:

As we experience increased restrictions being implemented almost daily due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our number one priority is the health and safety of our soccer community.

With the above in mind, we have decided to delay the spring recreational program to the following dates. These dates are subject to change as we continue to closely monitor the virus and any further limitations that the local and federal governments may place to contain this pandemic.

EPYSA Spring Recreational Soccer Dates
Saturday, May 30th
Saturday, June 6th
Saturday, June 13th
Saturday, June 20th
Saturday. June 27th

We would like to stay out of July completely if possible, but this may not be a reality. One of the options we are looking at is to have games played during the week at our normal practice times and potentially two games on a weekend. This would allow us great flexibility and the ability to get all our games in without issue. We plan on doing everything we can to hold our spring program and get the kids out on the field and running around with their friends.

We will keep you updated on any new developments. In the meantime, please take this challenging time very seriously and follow the guidelines to avoid spreading this disease. Below are some key resources.

Sincerely,
Michael Resendes
